How Does it work  / what is the process?

• Make sure that you have some good quality digital photgraphs in 7x5 format (landscape) and resolution at least 600 pixels wide that really make your home look fabulous. Remember this is your shop window to attract quality buyers.. the better it looks the more enquiries you will encourage.
• You will first of all be asked to fill in a registration form with all of your personal and contact details that is emailed to us.

• Once received, within 10 minutes, you will be emailed a personal log on code and a link that sends you back to the registration page
• You then log in with your personal code and complete the form provided,  adding the details of your property. You can create as much or little information as you wish … but remember the important information that a buyer will be interested in.
• Once this is completed and your photographs are uploaded you will then be asked for payment through the most secure method available .. Pay Pal
• Once payment has been received and we have previewed your advert it will then be set to live on the system.

What next?

Just wait for the enquiries…and as with all internet based companies.. please use your discretion when dealing direct with a client.
